How long does a typical office fit-out take?

End-to-end, around 11 to 26 weeks: 1–2 for consultation, 3–6 for design, 6–14 for procurement and fit-out, and 1–4 for handover and aftercare. Smaller refurbishments compress; larger relocations extend.

Do you work outside Lagos?

Yes. Lagos is our base, and we deliver projects across Nigeria — Abuja and Port Harcourt are regular locations.

Can you handle design only, or do you also build?
